Malthouse Theatre,
New Writing Theatre Poetry
Written and directed by Kamarra Bell-Wykes, Whose Gonna Love 'Em? I am that i AM is a post-traumatic performance thesis, winning the 2021 Patrick White Playwriting Award.
Starring Maggie Church-Kopp, Corey Saylor-Brunskill, and Maurial Spearim, accompanied by a live improvisational score by smallsound, Whose Gonna Love 'Em? I am that i AM is an absurd group therapy session held somewhere in the deepest cells of the collective mind and the colonised heart.
"Poetic, psychic journey: conceptually innovative, flawlessly executed and some of the most exciting new theatre I’ve seen."

ABOUT A DAYLIGHT CONNECTION
Based in Naarm (Melbourne) A DAYLIGHT CONNECTION is a motley crew of innovative and visionary theatre-makers, reimagining what First Nations theatre can be.
Formed in 2022, we are an explosive union of equally weird and talented artists, dedicated to making kick-arse art rigorously and safely, hell-bent on taking our unique brand of post-traumatic adventure theatre to Australia and the world.
Our collective encompasses almost all creative and design roles from including, dramaturgy, devising, directing, choreography, performance, set and sound design, making for a dynamic, holistic and self-sustaining team.
